Join Our Team at Superior Steps ABA

At Superior Steps ABA, we firmly believe that parents and their children are the true experts. Our mission is to assist children in reaching their fullest potential and help families achieve their goals. Creating a positive and supportive atmosphere where children can learn and grow is at the heart of what we do. Our dedicated staff is committed to delivering exceptional services to our families. By combining decades of scientific research with a therapeutic approach, we strive to be innovative and ensure proven efficacy.

Our Mission: Empowering children to become the best versions of themselves.

Our Vision: Every child recognizing their inherent value and strength.

Our Values: Dignity, partnership, innovation, optimism, and tenacity.

Our company culture reflects these values, and we take pride in integrating ABA technology into our business decisions, beyond just our clinical programs. Here’s how we distinguish ourselves from other ABA companies:

  1. Performance Scorecards: We tailor individualized targets, metrics, and reinforcement to align with our staff’s values, strengths, and professional goals.

  2. Neurodiversity Affirming Programming: We listen to and support the population we serve, recognizing that autism is an integral part of our clients’ identities rather than something to be “cured.”

  3. Growth and Learning: We embrace mistakes as learning opportunities, fostering a supportive and emotionally safe environment. We encourage questions and model humility when receiving feedback.

What We Seek:

  1. Preferred RBT credential, though we are willing to train the right candidate.

  2. Passion for ABA, working with children and teens, and a commitment to ongoing learning.

  3. Creativity in utilizing play and identifying teachable moments within natural environments.

  4. Humility in accepting feedback and confidence in providing constructive input to supervisors.

  5. Comfortability working in-home, community, and center-based settings.

If you believe in our mission and values and possess these qualities, we would love to hear from you. Please reach out to us with the contact form below to explore potential opportunities.
