Annie, the visionary behind Superior Steps ABA, has always possessed a deep-rooted passion for early intervention. Having previously worked at a company where families were constantly placed on waitlists, she recognized the need to address the underserved areas in our community. Motivated by the desire to support families who were told they would have to wait two or more years for services, Annie set out to establish her own business.
The emergence of the COVID-19 pandemic further emphasized the necessity for in-home services. It became clear that families required accessible and personalized support more than ever before.
